A strategic commitment to differentiate Select Medical’s clinical expertise nationally, our Programs of Excellence (POEs) are distinct, standardized, specialty programs targeted at defined patient groups. Via the support of executive division leadership, and under the guidance of a defined leader who is responsible for program growth and performance, our POEs help to differentiate us from our competitors by their uniqueness and proven patient outcomes. The POEs are established with a consistent set of operational requirements and provided by defined clinical teams who have committed to additional and ongoing clinical and specialized training.
