About Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital

A partnership between Dignity Health and Select Medical, we provide both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation throughout the Las Vegas area. Our network includes a 60-bed, all-private-room medical rehabilitation hospital located on the Siena Campus of Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican hospitals, 14 outpatient therapy centers and two pediatric therapy locations. We serve a diverse patient population, from complex acute inpatient rehabilitation cases to outpatient sports medicine for high-level athletes.

Physical Therapy
We partner with patients to heal, relieve pain and get back to the things that are important. Our outpatient physical therapy locations offer occupational and hand therapy, sports medicine, workplace injury treatment and prevention, and specialized rehabilitation services.

Logan's story
Logan is from Henderson, Nevada but living in Montana when he experienced a life-changing injury. He was building a house when a wall fell in, folding him in half at the waist. Logan was rushed by ambulance to the local hospital, diagnosed with a spinal cord injury and underwent fusion surgery on his spine.
