About Banner Rehabilitation Hospital

A partnership between Banner Health and Select Medical, Banner Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient medical rehabilitation services at three Arizona locations – Banner Rehabilitation Hospital East (Mesa), Banner Rehabilitation Hospital West (Peoria) and Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix. We specialize in rebuilding lives for patients following a stroke; spinal cord, brain or orthopedic injury; neurological disease and other medically complex conditions.

Physical Therapy
We partner with patients to heal, relieve pain and get back to the things that are important. Our outpatient physical therapy locations offer occupational and hand therapy, sports medicine, workplace injury treatment and prevention, and specialized rehabilitation services.
