The 44-bed, critical illness recovery hospital sits within the Rush University Medical Center campus and specializes in helping critically ill patients breathe, speak, eat, walk and think again as independently as possible. The hospital is equipped with advanced technology that allows its care teams to support the extended care and recovery of patients. The care teams at RUSH Specialty Hospital believe in a compassionate approach to care, ensuring that each patient receives the personalized treatment they need for a successful recovery.
