Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Pelvic Health/Ortho Split
Location: 2940 E Banner Gateway Dr, Suite 425 Gilbert, AZ 85234
Incentives: Up to $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health/ortho physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.
This outpatient opportunity is in a dynamic clinic located in Gilbert, AZ. Caseload will be split between generalized orthopedics and pelvic floor. Previous Pelvic Floor experience preferred. New Grads Welcome to apply!

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
