Full Time
Salary range: $75,920-$103,084.80
Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience
Responsibilities
Full-time split physical therapist in 2 growing clinic with a wide variety of diagnoses including but not limited to general orthopedics, post-surgical, the active population, and sports related injuries. PT would work in Keller 3 days per week and in Roanoke for 2 days per week. BSW- Keller and Roanoke are single-discipline clinics that offer PT in an environment that encourages clinician development including certifications and specialization based on clinician's passions.
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
- Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
.Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
