Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80

Responsibilities

Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehab in Irving Las Colinas is seeking a full time ortho physical therapist to
join our current team of 4 PTs.  We treat a variety of diagnoses including sports-related injuries, spine, post
op and some vestibular and gait/balance patients.  The ideal candidate should be comfortable building
relationships already established with local school trainers and referral sources to develop and grow our
sports, manual and orthopedic programs.  The clinic is conveniently located near the intersections of
635/114 and George Bush Turnpike. The scheduled hours are flexible but will include 2 late evenings 
each week in order to help build and sustain our sports rehabilitation and outreach.  
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
