Job Description
Position: Treating Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager
Specialties: Orthopedics, neuro, sports medicine, lymphedema, dry needling
Location: NovaCare in Owings Mills, MD
Schedule: Full time with some evenings until 730P
Compensation: starting at $88,000 commensurate with experience
Incentives: Up to $15,000 sign on bonus and/or indefinite student loan help

Our large multidisciplinary Owings Mills team is seeking a FULL time physical therapist with at least three years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience to lead.
In this role, you will oversee our OP Ortho therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. We are able to consider those without previous leadership experience as we CAN train for the management responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
