Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology
Location: Auburn, ME
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salary up to $100,000/yr, commensurate with experience
Incentives: Up to $20k sign on bonus
Our Auburn Saco Bay Physical Therapy outpatient center continues to expand and is seeking a compassionate physical therapist to provide patient care on a full time basis. Our clinic treats a diverse patient case load and is looking to expand cancer rehabilitation services as part of our ReVital program. New grads welcome to apply! Interest in cancer rehabilitation required, experience preferred. Caseload will be primarily ortho with some oncology with the opportunity to grow oncology caseload. The ideal candidate would be interested in becoming lymphedema certified and growing the center's oncology program. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population. Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience (student rotations considered)
- Lympedema experience/certification (student rotations considered)
- Outpatient experience
