Physio is seeking a new WorkStrategies Coordinator in our Georgia Market!
Physio/Emory Rehab Outpatient is seeking a PT or OT for the industrial rehabilitation full time role of WorkStrategies Coordinator in our Georgia Market! This is a full time position is for an outgoing clinician with industrial experience in FCEs, Work Conditioning, employment testing, ergonomics, and prevention services and who is excited and eager to share best practices with referral sources and team members alike. This position will be a combination of clinical/industrial treatment as well as opportunities to develop strategy to grow our clinical workers compensation rehab referrals and drive our prevention services across the market. This is an exciting position for someone with initiative and drive to excel.
Must be outgoing, organized, a team player, and professional with experience in industrial related rehabilitation and prevention services. Comprehensive in house training will be provided for Functional Capacity Evaluation, work conditioning, employment testing, and onsite services to bridge any knowledge gaps.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Assist in implementation, coordination, and training of prevention and rehabilitation programs to drive best practices aimed at providing the highest level of consistent service to our customers
- Provide patient care services 80% of designated time with 20% of designated time on prevention/clinical training duties
- Provide leadership, mentorship, training, and customer account management for the prevention and clinical programs with coordination of Operations, Sales, and the National WorkStrategies team
- Provide CEU Education programs
- Provide internal case management activities to ensure effective communication, intensive programs and rapid return to work/full function
- Assist in the development of new industrial opportunities at and local level and communicate these opportunities to operations and national WorkStrategies team
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as PT/OT in Georgia
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
- Minimum three years experience in industrial/work comp rehabilitation.
