Come Join our sales team representing Select Medical’s Outpatient Rehab Joint Venture with EMORY in the Greater Atlanta area! We are seeking a goal-driven, high energy sales professional for our market covering the areas of Alpharetta, Canton, Tucker, Buckhead, Midtown, Kennesaw, Cumming, Decatur, Duluth, Norcross, Marietta, Sandy Springs! Healthcare sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

The Business Development Manager must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.

Business Development is essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong relationships with referral sources. This position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume.

  • Identify and develop referral opportunities with our customers such as physicians, hospital systems, case managers, and other healthcare providers.  
  • Educate physicians, healthcare providers and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services.
  • Regular Participation in Community Outreach Events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize sales technology as an essential strategy to set direction and improve results


Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. /B.A. in business administration, marketing or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of Sales Experience or Business Development Experience 
  • Prior Health Care Sales experience
