Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Temple, TX
Full Time - Varying hours- 7:30am-4:30pm and 9:30am-6:30pm
We are looking for an energetic Physical Therapist for dynamic outpatient clinic that offers treatment for conservative and post-operative orthopedic conditions, post-offer employment testing, and functional capacity evaluations.
As a Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Select Medical complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity. Starting salary: $75,920-$103,084.80
Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
- Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
Qualifications
- Valid State License in Physical Therapy required.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.
• Certified BLS required.
