Job Description

Join our sales team at Select Physical Therapy in our Oregon market! We are seeking a goal-driven, high energy sales professional for our Oregon territory! 

We are negotiable based on credentials, education, and experience salary starting at $70,000-90,000. 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, with a specific focus on outpatient therapy services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our outpatient therapy programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong passion for building strategic partnerships in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and developing referral opportunities with new business customers.
  • Maintains positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Educate physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services.
  • Regular Participation in Community Outreach Events.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. /B.A. in business administration, marketing or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Previous Sales Experience or Medical Business Development Experience 
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of previous healthcare sales exp
