Therapy Aide/Safety Coach
Shift:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8AM-6PM
Starting Pay Rate: $16/hour (Negotiable based on years of experience)

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Under the direction of a Licensed Therapist, assists patients in the rehabilitation process through the provision of appropriate rehabilitation techniques. Supports therapy staff with the identification of patient needs for appropriate care in rehab treatment areas. Assists with coordination of care between rehab and nursing, including patient transport.
Specific Duties:
- Engages patients in diverse activities under the direction of a Licensed Therapist
- Provides observation to ensure patient's personal safety
- Completes daily assignments as directed
- Reinforces rehabilitation techniques as directed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required
Preferred Experience
- One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred

- Rehabilitation Assistant/Nursing Assistant
