Job Description
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinical Education Coordinator to join our Education Team in Richmond Virginia. This position REQUIRES a minimum of an associate’s degree, Bachelors / Masters preferred. The majority of the workload will occur at the Richmond office or from your home office but there will be occasional travel required to help with onsite administration of workshops and conferences (approximately 4-6 times per year).
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work alongside other Education Coordinator(s), a Senior Education Coordinator, and a Clinical Manager of Education. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organizing and administering online and live trainings for rehabilitation clinicians
- Ensuring all accreditation standards for education programs are met
- Answering questions regarding education and training for clinicians across Select’s outpatient division
- Maintaining records for all programs
This is an opportunity for a proactive, organized individual with excellent customer service skills to provide administrative support to our Continuing Education Department. This is a higher-level administrative assistant position that requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn, adapt and grow with our award-winning Education Department.
Additional tasks will include but not limited to:
- Organizing travel and accommodations for instructors
- Invoicing, purchasing, and processing payments and stipends
- Following up with customer inquiries and being proactive on issues for effective and efficient solutions
Qualifications
- Associates degree REQUIRED, bachelor’s preferred
- Ideal candidate will have previous administrative support experience preferably in a customer service or healthcare environment
- MUST have PC proficiency (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat), ability to work independently, and to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and professional orientation a must
- Ideal candidate must have the ability to provide customer service to all clients; staff therapists, external parties, senior management, vendors, and course participants
- Experience with Learning Management and Event Management Systems preferred
