Full Time / On-Site
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5pm (flexible)
$18/hr Minimum Starting Hourly Rate

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate electronic records to meet the requirements for licensure and certification.
- Record processing and physician record completion
- Scanning and filing transcribed reports and other documentation
- Document and data storage and retrieval
- Release of confidential information
- Maintaining confidential medical records
- Record review and data collection (LTRAX)
- Use multiple channels to communicate with hospital administrative staff, nurses, physicians, and hospital leadership when needed.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in customer service related field (1-2 years)
Preferred qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience in a Health Information department of a health care facility
- Knowledge of HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
