Center Manager -Physical Therapist
Sports Medicine - Outpatient
Austin (Far West), Texas / Full Time
Clinic hours M-F 7-6pm
We are looking for Center Manager eager to develop and grow a sports medicine patient population at our largest central Austin BSWIR clinic. This facility houses one of the only aquatic rehab programs in Austin and plenty of square footage and equipment for all levels of sports rehabilitation needs. We are looking for a clinician skilled in treating and marketing the sports medicine patient population that is able to work with local physicians and schools to build a recognized rehabilitation program for the Austin sports community. Select Medical/Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity. Starting Salary: $79,519 based on years of experience.
As a Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
- Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
