NovaCare Rehabilitation is looking for a Full Time Certified Athletic Trainer/Work Strategies Specialist to join our onsite industrial team in Minnetonka, MN!

Are you an athletic trainer tired of working nights and weekends? Are you looking for a well paying opportunity that has you home for dinner every night and gives you a 3 day weekend? Now is the time look at the world of onsite industrial athletic training. Use your skills to prevent injury and stop pain in its tracks. Training in onsite assessments and ergonomics is provided. These jobs are few and far between. Become one of the few athletic trainers that can use their skills, but still work traditional hours.
Onsite location: Abbott Medical
Salary: commensurate with experience, starting at $50-60k/yr
Hours: M-Th 8am to 6pm

Responsibilities
- Full time OnSite coverage for industrial customer under the direction of Account/Program Manager
- Early Symptom Intervention with providing first aid services
- Design and implement injury prevention strategies for the industrial setting, such as individual and group conditioning, functional assessments and behavioral modification
- Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions
- Office ergonomics
- Health and wellness consultation
Qualifications
- BS Degree REQUIRED
- MN state license
- National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions
