(LVN or LPN)
Full-Time
Sign on Bonus $4,500
Local to travel serving patients throughout Collin County with our Baylor Rehab Home Health division.
Select Medical complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity. Minimum Pay: $40/per visit
Responsibilities
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for direct care to a patient population for our Home Health division including medication administration, data collection and documentation of patient conditions and notification to the Registered Nurse/Physician of any adverse patient findings. This position requires graduation from LPN/LVN school and current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. BLS certification is required.
Qualifications
1. Current state licensure as LVN required.
2. Certified BLS completion required; for new hires, see CPR Requirement Guidelines for New Hires.
3. Previous Home Health experience preferred.
4. Covid Vaccine required or exemption
