Executive Assistant to Hospital CEO

At Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital our services have been designed for patients who need a longer rehabilitation hospitalization for their recovery. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant, you will be actively involved in performing administrative services for the Hospital CEO.
Other responsibilities of the Executive Assistant role include:
- Typing correspondence, memoranda, reports and records
- Initiating correspondence or reports for the Hospital CEO
- Answering the telephone, screening calls and receiving guests of the Hospital CEO
- Preparing quarterly reports
- Attending administrative meetings, recording minutes, transcribing and distributing minutes to all appropriate parties.
- Providing clerical and administrative assistance to various departments that are under the direct report of the Hospital CEO
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism is maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Qualifications
As an Executive Assistant, you must be able to deliver superior quality in all that you do. We are seeking results-driven team players who treat patients as if they were their own family members. Qualified candidates must be passionate about providing a superior quality of care. You must also be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Other requirements of the Executive Assistant role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s Degree or additional coursework/related certificates preferred.
- Ability to accurately type 50 wpm required.
- Proficiency in various computer applications/programs required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
