Job Description

NovaCare Kids Pediatric Outpatient Center is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist in Kalamazoo, MI!

NovaCareKids in KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our outpatient pediatric center averaging 16-18 hours per week with room for growth. We have an additional speech pathologists on staff. We are a multi-disciplinary team in Kalamazoo with PT and OT services offered. This is a dedicated outpatient pediatric center open 8am until 6pm Monday through Friday. Current coverage needs are steady Mondays from 8am-6pm and Fridays 8am-4pm.

You MUST have pediatric experience to be considered. We are unable to consider new graduates seeking CFY. 

Schedule: Mondays 8am-6pm, Fridays 8am-4pm

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. Our integrated local market network allows us to effectively partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities

  • To provide quality patient care while maintaining positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
  • Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications

  • Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), CCCs required
  • State licensure/registration where appropriate. ASHA certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of pediatric SLP experience
