Recruitment Coordinator - Full Time
This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to get experience in the Health Care industry!
Candidates will work closely with our Cal Rehab Recruitment team as well as serve as the primary Recruiter for select roles.
The position will work onsite for the first 30 days and then transition to a work from home model. There will be onsite requirements to attend hiring events and meetings onsite.
Responsibilities
The recruitment coordinator is a key member of our team in developing recruitment marketing strategies to try and reach the most qualified candidates including working to improve our job ads, sending out e-blasts and even traveling to help manage hiring events. In this position, you’ll be trusted to be one of the administrators of our business’ external sourcing accounts, where you’ll create, boost and manage events and ads.
The recruitment coordinator position is the perfect stepping-stone for someone looking to eventually move into a clinical recruiter role. Our recruitment coordinator must be driven, needs to have strong grammar and writing skills, must think outside of the box and enjoy speaking with people.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or enrollment in a Bachelor's program is required
- Prior experience with social media advertising or on-line marketing is a plus.
- Customer Service experience is preferred
