Job Description

Come Join our sales team! We are seeking a goal-driven, high energy sales professional for our centers in the Northern Colorado from Fort Collins down to Boulder and Greeley to Loveland! 

The Business Development Manager must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm with occasional evenings and weekends.

Business Development is essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong relationships with referral sources. This position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our physical therapy and speciality services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume. This position will also be responsible for community outreach programs.

Throughout the country we operate primarily as Select Physical Therapy, NovaCare Rehabilitation, Kessler Rehabilitation Center, KORT, Saco Bay Physical Therapy, Concentra, SSM Physical Therapy and Keystone Physical Therapy. Our highly respected clinical team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being. We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. Our integrated local market network allows us to effectively partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner. We also provide physical therapy and athletic training services to professional sports teams, colleges, universities and high schools

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and developing referral opportunities with new business customers.
  • Maintains positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region
  • Regular Participation in Community Outreach Events.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. /B.A. in business administration, marketing or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 Year of Sales Experience or Business Development Experience 
  • Prior Health Care experience
