Administrative Assistant – Full Time

7:30am – 4:00pm Monday - Friday (on-site)

Responsibilities

Position Summary

  • Performs confidential and administrative duties (sets up meetings, takes meeting notes, sends correspondence, etc.). 
  • Works in collaboration with Executive Assistant on daily operations, hospital initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintains stock of materials and reorders as needed.
  • Completes daily reports through Excel.
  • Schedules therapists to conduct patient therapies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and Zoom programs required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role required (healthcare a plus).
  • Associate’s Degree or additional coursework/related certificates preferred.
