Patient Services Specialist / Centralized Scheduler - Full Time
SSM Health Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic Patient Service Specialist / Centralized Scheduler to join our team in Creve Coeur, MO!!
SSM Health Physical Therapy offers a wide array of outpatient services at multiple locations throughout the St. Louis area. Our outpatient services range from specific, single therapy services, such as physical therapy for back pain or a sports injury, to comprehensive day-long therapy programs as part of our Day Institute Program. SSM Health PT also offers home health services through SSM Home Care, which allow patients to receive therapy services at home. The goal of rehabilitation for each patient is to achieve a better quality of life, independence, comfort, and maximum mobility.

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
The primary responsibility in this position will be centralized patient scheduling for our Outpatient Therapy. Obtains and tracks authorizations. Performs other duties as assigned. Possesses exceptional communication and customer service skills and performs multiple tasks while remaining courteous.
Two years in medical office setting that required multi-tasking preferred. Knowledge of health insurance preferred. Strong computer skills required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two years in medical office setting that required multi-tasking preferred.

Srong computer and customer service skills a must.
