An exciting opportunity for a new graduate or entry-level HR professional to be responsible for onboarding our Contingent Labor and Student Intern hires employed at our Concentra facilities.

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring:

Your ability to manage a fast-paced environment and remain organized under pressure as you initiate the pre-employment process within our applicant tracking system, including background checks, drug, and health screens, and tracking new hire documentation will make you a valuable member of the Outpatient HR team. Your desire to be a member of a dynamic HR team and your love of positively impacting people will make you an ideal HR Onboarding Assistant.

Impact You'll Make:

You will make a difference with the HR team, the candidate, and the new hire experience with your first class customer service skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Qualifications

What We Love to See:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or related field is required.

Superior customer service and organizational skills.
