Job Description

Using discretion and independent judgement, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Management (DQM) with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program. This will include data collection and presentation for quality, environment, infection control, quality control and risk management. Direct observation of staff compliance is also expected. This position will assist as directed in quality meetings and teams and help prepare agenda items for required meetings. This position does not provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, but knowledge of these populations is necessary to assess data and develop the staff.
