Our payroll tax department is looking for an individual with strong customer service skills to support the payroll tax inquiries during the upcoming tax season.
The Payroll Services Helpline Specialist will answer payroll tax inqueries by phone and email during the tax season (December 2020 - April 2021.) This position does not require tax experience, we will train.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
- High School diploma required.
