Job Description

 Select Physical Therapy is looking to hire a Full Time CHT or an OT with hand experience,  for our Lilburn, GA location.

Hours Needed: Full Time (Mon - Fri). 

Compensation. Commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications to patients and customers.
  • Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
  • Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
  • Work to build UE program through marketing  to surrounding referral sources

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
  • National and state licensure or registration REQUIRED to start.
  • Previous ergonomics, outpatient or related industrial experience a PLUS.
  • Valid driver’s license.
