Job Description

Join our growing and dynamic Des Moines, IA metro Select Physical Therapy team.  We are a recognized leader in outpatient rehabilitation offering a truly unique opportunity to work closely with a diverse and talented group of surgeons and other medical specialists. We are recruiting for a high energy sales representative, with a demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers. Preference is given to those with a proven record of healthcare sales success, but we are willing to train exceptional candidates.  Existing physician relationships and/or experience in physical therapy is a plus. The representative will primarily be responsible for increasing new patient referrals from physicians through the development of strategic relationships and through consultative sales efforts.  The representative will serve as an integral part of the business development process including new center acquisition and development. In addition, the representative will promote company initiatives within the communities we serve. The representative is responsible for identifying, analyzing and responding to market trends and managing key relationships with accurate CRM documentation and reporting. The representative works to make the clinic well known and well thought of with area physicians, past patients, employers and in the community. Through direct interaction in these areas, this position will help us achieve the ultimate goal of expanding the numbers of new patients that enter into the clinic for care. This will help us to expand on our greater purpose to help as many people as possible through physical therapy.

Our highly respected clinical team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being. We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. Our integrated local market network allows us to effectively partner with physicians, employers, payers and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner. We also provide physical therapy and athletic training services to professional sports teams, colleges, universities and high schools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience within Healthcare Sales
