Part time position with full time possibility for an experienced Physical Therapist for Outpatient Orthopedics

in Delaware County

NovaCare Rehabilitation is looking for dynamic physical therapists to join our OPTH (Outpatient PT in the Home) team

This unique position would be covering Delaware County  treating mostly orthopedic patients in their home before they transition into our outpatient centers.   

NO OASIS PAPER WORK, bill under Medicare Part B using our outpatient documentation. 

This position offers schedule flexibility of part time/PRN hours along with highly competitive rates. 

If you're an experienced physical therapist who can work independently this position is for you.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
  • Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
  • Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
  • Must have 1 year of licensed experience to be considered.
