Physical Therapistlocated in Casa Grande, AZ

Experience the power of physical therapy! Our community-oriented physical therapy center in Casa Grande is looking for a compassionate, caring and driven licensed physical therapist to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients.  Unique Location/Job Details:   Large multi-disciplinary clinic (PT, OT, Speech).  Looking to add new specialty service.  Qualified therapists must be certified in Lymphedema Specialty to join our ReVital Team.

Responsibilities

Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients.  Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities.  Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self.  Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
  2. Lymphedema Certification

 

  1. Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

 

  1. Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
