Drawing upon your strong generalist experience you will have sole responsibility for overseeing the HR function at our Saddle Brook hospital campus. In this highly visible, hands on/detailed oriented position you will be responsible for providing employee relations support to managers/employees on an as needed basis; administering employee benefits, coordinating performance evaluations, recruiting non-exempt employees and administering payroll. In addition, you will be working along side our VP of Human Resources in training & development projects for our employees at our three hospital campuses.
To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent required with three or more year’s experience in HR (with a preference in a healthcare field). Computer proficiency, preferably in HR software, Oracle and Kronos payroll is desired. We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits package.
- 3-5 years of Human Resources Management or Generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Previous Human Resources experience within a healthcare facility preferred
