The Spinal Cord Injury Program Coordinator will be a resource to the organization and the community for Spinal Cord Injury rehabilitation and to build out the spinal cord injury program. The person in this position will work in the Outpatient Therapy setting as well as with interdepartmental continuum initiatives. You'll work closely with inpatient and outpatient therapy leadership and SCI physicians to develop competencies, assist with orientation and training in areas of SCI rehabilitation. Will carry a patient caseload of 50% and provide comprehensive goal directed patient treatment to maximize patient outcomes. Additionally, you'll assist with the marketing of SCI services and lead accreditation initiatives related to SCI rehabilitation. In collaboration with hospital leadership and physicians, you'll develop the strategic plan to enhance the therapy outcomes related to SCI rehabilitation. We're looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with experience in the Spinal Cord Injury setting.
Current and valid Texas OT license required.
