Today, this sprawling 152-bed campus is home to Kessler's internationally recognized Neurorehabilitation Centers of Excellence. These dedicated Model System centers for Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Rehabilitation, as well as those for Stroke Rehabilitation and Amputee Rehabilitation, provide comprehensive programs of care, and in addition we offer other highly specialized programs.
Provides support and coordinates all clinical activities related to the medical practice including direct involvement in the delivery of care to medical outpatients. Serves as a liaison and resource to patients, families,referral sources and staff. Maintains medical records and ensures thorough and timely completion of all clinical documentation including; progress notes, laboratory and diagnostic testing, treatment plans and all other relevant clinical data. Assists physicians in the care of medical outpatients.
Current and valid NJ State RN licensure as a Registered Nurse required, BSN + 2 years of previous clinical experience. Medical office experience and /or experience working in an outpatient hospital setting or physician practice is desired.
